Accommodation Tariffs

The standard tariff is NZD $1,400 per week. For bookings over four weeks, the weekly rate may be reduced by negotiation. Most rentals are booked 6-12 months in advance, so early enquiries are recommended.

The minimum stay is one week’s accommodation or equivalent tariff.

A deposit is required at the time of booking of 20%, with the balance payable two weeks prior to arrival date. Cancellations made without sufficient notification may result in loss of deposit. Cancellations in the last two weeks are liable for the full tariff.

On payment of full tariff, a set of keys will be made available along with important information about accessing the house, how everything works and helpful hints for your holiday.

Bookings over winter are not generally recommended as it can get very cold at that time of the year and the house is not fully equipped for winter. Guests wishing to book over that time should be aware of this and may need to make extra arrangements for heating.
